Monster stew
If you have fresh corpses and at least an hour, you can turn monsters (no matter how little edible they look) into a tasty stew.
This stew heals as many d6s of health as the quantity of monster DG used to make it. Taht is, if you a centaur, roll 4d6 and that's the total hp it will heal. Everyone eating from the stew will get an equal share. If the result was 18 and two people ate from it, they would recover 9 hp each. Any excess hp is lost.
The maximum quantity of dice that can be rolled is limited by the level of the chef and the kitchen helpers they have recruited. If they want to cook more, they will have to wait until they've finished the current stew. Of course, more than one chef can join together to cook more.
If a monster has a special property, it is possible to cook a stew that, instead of healing, can give this property to anyone that eats it. For this to work you need to have at least 80% of the creature's body. You still have to take into account the maximum DG and the hour it takes. Once it is ready, anyone eating from it must make a Poison save to not throw up immediately. Anyone who makes the save will have the power for a whole day. If the creature has many powers, only one cabe chosen to transfer.
This will also work with wizard brains and their spells.
Secret recipes
Secret recipes are gastronomical formulas for powerful spells (as a MU two levels higher than the cook).
Making them takes a day and a list of ingredients that are relatively rare like the tears of a king, a minotaurs head, a dagger used to sacrifice a maiden, etc.
Once ready, anyone eating from the stew will learn that spell as if a wizard had prepared it for the day.
You start only with a secret recipe. If you want more, you'll have to creat them or kill other chefs to steal their cookbooks or anything you can think of. I will not be held responsible.
Kitchen helpers
Helpers are generally humanoid and not very prone to combat, but with a gift for cooking. Specially short goblins are a popular option. For each helper that a war chef has under their care, they will be able to cook one DG more or reduce the time it takes in 20 minutes. It can be chosen individually, for example, with two helpers, you can cook one more DG and reduce the waiting time down to 40 minutes.
