If the radio-series Cuando Juan y Tula fueron a Siritinga has taught me something that's that grandiose titles are always cool. To that effect I present you this 1d60* random table with high-and-mighty-sounding titles and charges from different cultures and that can be used as "the <title> of <place>". For example "the elephantarch of Qenthadan". How cool.
